1. When will I receive my order?
The expected delivery time for all U.S. orders is 5–7 business days. If your order takes longer, reach out and we’ll resolve it quickly.
2. How do I track my order?
Use our Tracking Page (link in your order confirmation email).
3. Why isn’t my tracking number working?
It’s normal for tracking info to take up to a week to update from the day you place your order. During this time you may see “Preparing your order” or “Info Received.” Rest assured — your order is packed and on its way.
4. My order says delivered but I haven’t received it.
Sometimes tracking updates before the package is physically delivered. Please allow up to 3 days after “Delivered” status. If it still hasn’t arrived, email us and we’ll help.
5. Can I change the address on my order?
Orders are processed quickly and usually can’t be changed once placed. Still, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.
